Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 12, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them at claravento.com and how you can manage them through the consent banner. It is aligned with the Google Consent Mode v2 implementation and with the transparency recommendations published by the Agency of Access to Public Information.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. They allow us to remember your preferences, keep your session, measure site usage and, if authorized, show you more relevant advertising content.
2. Types of cookies we use
At Claravento we classify cookies into four categories: strictly necessary, functionality, analytics and personalized advertising. The first ones are always enabled because they allow the proper operation of the site. The rest are activated only with your explicit consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 so that Google Ads and Google Analytics tags respect your choice. While you do not accept the corresponding categories, the parameters ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage remain in "denied" status. Only upon acceptance they are updated to "granted" and aggregated, anonymous signals are sent. If you never accept, no persistent advertising cookies are loaded.
4. Managing your preferences
You can change your preferences at any time by opening the cookie panel from the page footer or by clearing your browser’s local storage so the banner reappears. Additionally, modern browsers allow blocking third-party cookies from their settings.
5. Third-party cookies
When you enable analytics or advertising we may load cookies provided by Google LLC. These services may process data on servers located outside Argentina, applying standard contractual clauses and safeguards equivalent to those required by local legislation.
6. Retention period
The preference you record is stored in your browser for up to twelve months, or until you modify it. Analytics and advertising cookies expire within periods defined by the providers, usually between 24 hours and 24 months.
