This Privacy Policy describes how Claravento Educación Financiera S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Claravento", "we" or "the portal") processes the personal data of those who visit claravento.com, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and other applicable Argentine regulations, as well as international best practices in force in 2026.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. Complementarily, and always with your prior consent, we may collect technical data related to navigation, such as device type, browser language and pages visited within the site.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data in order to respond to your inquiry, send educational material when you request it, improve the quality of the portal and measure the effectiveness of our communications. We never use the data to offer financial services, intermediate investments or transfer them to entities engaged in such activities.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent you provide when submitting the form, on the controller’s legitimate interest in managing the relationship with you and on the fulfillment of legal obligations in force in the Argentine Republic.
5. Data retention
We keep the data for the strictly necessary time to meet the indicated purposes, with a maximum of twenty-four months from the last interaction, unless applicable regulations require a different period. After that period, data are securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Only technology providers offering infrastructure, email and web analytics services may access them, under confidentiality agreements and processing on behalf of the controller.
7. Rights of data subjects
As a data subject you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, erasure and opposition provided by Law No. 25,326. To do so, write to privacidad@claravento.com attaching a copy of your identity document. The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority and you have the right to lodge complaints before it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic monitoring of our systems.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document. We invite you to review it periodically.
